Incoming Student Application Opens Mid-March
Starting March 18, 2026, incoming students can apply for housing on a rolling basis through WCU’s Application for On-Campus Living in RamPortal.

Roommate matching opens at 12:00pm, and closes on May 31st at 11:59PM.

Incoming Student Room Self-Selection Opens
Room self-selection opens based on time slot assignment (emailed to students).

Incoming Student Room Change Request Process
Room change request process opens from 12:00PM on June 23rd, through 11:59PM on June 25th.

USH Fall Rent Due
Rent is due in full or financial aid must be authorized by August 15 or prior to move-in or drop and go.
