  • Commit to attending WCU and pay $200 fee
  • Set up WCU email and check it regularly –A packet will be mailed to your home address from the Office of New Student Programs that contains the information needed to set up your WCU email address.
  • USH will email you an Online Lease Invitation –The information contained in this email is how you begin to apply to live in one of our communities.

INCOMING TRANSFER STUDENT TIMELINE FOR FALL 2021

USH Affiliated housing and WCU owned housing have beds for incoming transfer students (I.e., a student currently enrolled and attending another college or university). The housing application process is not currently open for incoming transfer students. The process will open for transfer students in late March. You will receive email instructions from housing@wcupa.edu when the application opens.

Please note: This timeline is subject to change.

While space is available, transfer students will have the opportunity to reside in their desired community.  There is limited availability in the North Campus Affiliated Residence Halls for transfer students, while space is available. USH operates Allegheny Hall, Brandywine Hall, Commonwealth Hall, University Hall, The Village Apartments, and the East Village Apartments.

Space is limited in certain communities and certain suite styles. For applicants who are interested in North Campus, there are a limited number of suite styles available at this time. The suite style that applicants select as their desired floor plan when applying is a preference, not a guarantee. It is likely that the North Campus communities and East Village Apartments will reach full occupancy for transfer students in early May.

University Student Housing, commonly referred to as Affiliated Housing, offers housing for incoming transfer students in The Village Apartments and East Village Apartments.
