To live with USH in 2026–2027, complete the Application for On-Campus Living in WCU’s RamPortal after it opens on March 18, 2026. Select USH Affiliated Housing via the RamPortal. Follow all steps in the USH Resident Portal to finalize your lease.
Incoming Student Application Process
The USH application process will be available to all Incoming WCU Students after March 18, 2026. You will apply via WCU’s Application for On-Campus Living in the RamPortal and once you select USH Affiliated Housing you will be directed to our USH Resident Portal to complete the lease process.
If you’ve been accepted to West Chester University and have paid the $200 enrollment deposit, you’re eligible to apply for on-campus housing with USH Affiliated or WCU Managed.
The first step will be to complete the Application for On Campus Living in WCU’s RamPortal.
After completing the Application for On Campus Living, students choosing to live with USH Affiliated Housing will be directed to apply on USH’s Resident Portal.
Upon applying you will be put on USH’s Request to House List in order for USH to review your submission.
Once on the Request to House List, USH will verify student has
Paid enrollment deposit
Set up WCU email
Complete the Application for On Campus Living.
Once verification complete, USH will offer an application, usually within 48-72 hours based on the order a student requested housing with USH.
March 18 – Request for Housing Application Opens, applications offered on a rolling basis.
April 27 – May 31st – Roommate Matching Open in USH Resident Portal
June 9 – 12 – Room Self-Selection based on assigned time slot
