University Student Housing is offering the opportunity for parents and students to stay in one of our affiliated residence halls leading up to your Orientation date. By taking advantage of this opportunity, you can experience what it’s like to stay on campus before arriving for Move-in Day!
$70 double occupancy
2 Rooms, 1 bed per room, 1 bath, toiletries and linens
$140 suite occupancy
2 rooms w/living room, 2 beds per room, 2 baths, toiletries and linens

Free Overnight Parking
Guests staying overnight are permitted to drop off belongings using D Lot, located in front of Lawrence Dining Hall. Overnight parking is available in K Lot, located behind Sykes Student Union.
University Student Housing, LLC (USH), a division of the WCU Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, manages six high-end community’s located on the West Chester University (WCU) campus. There are four residence halls – Allegheny Hall, Brandywine Hall, Commonwealth, and University Hall. There are also two garden-style apartment communities, The Village and the East Village. Together, the six communities house almost 3,000 students.
