Initial payments mush be in the form of a check, money order, or cashier’s check, made payable to “USH”, and mailed to:

After your initial rent payment, you will be able to make future rent payments online.

 

 

All USH payments are handled by our Resident Account Management office located in Allegheny Hall Room 117A.

Pay Online – Use a credit card to make a payment online, only after initial payment has been paid by check, money order or cashiers check.

Check, Money Order, or Cashier’s Check

Please make your payment payable to “USH” and submit via one of the options below.
o Mail to USH Resident Accounts Office, PO Box 525, West Chester, PA, 19381.
o At the USH Resident Accounts Office in Allegheny Hall or The Village Clubhouse during normal business hours.
o The Rent Drop Box in any USH community.

Credit Card

o At the USH Resident Accounts Office in Allegheny Hall or The Village Clubhouse during normal business hours.
o Online via the resident’s Active Building account.
o Please reach out to the Resident Accounts Office for online installment payments after the 1st of the month.
Payments received after the 1st of the month will be subject to late fees as outlined in the Lease Agreement.

 

 

Payments, made payable to “USH”, can also be:

-Submitted via any of the rent drop boxes in each of our communities

-Delivered to the Resident Accounts Office, Allegheny Hall 120

-Mailed to Resident Accounts
