Rent continues to be due on the 1st of the month as outlined in your Lease Agreement. Payment should be submitted via check to the USH Resident Accounts Office in Allegheny Hall. The Resident Accounts Office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm or payment can be remitted to the rent drop box in the vestibule of Allegheny Hall 24 hours a day. Please ensure that your name and unit is written in the memo.

A maintenance emergency includes: Loss of heat; loss of air conditioning when temperature is above 80 degrees; broken window, door, latch or lock; frozen pipe; water leak; loss of power; toilet overflow; and loss of hot water.
