University Student Housing, LLC is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic LEASING MANAGER. This position is responsible for managing the leasing responsibilities, with a primary focus on lease document management, for a suite-style residence hall or garden-style apartment community located on the campus of West Chester University. The Leasing Manager is responsible for managing the daily leasing operations for the assigned community, including, but not limited to, document management, maintaining occupancy, marketing, implementation of campaigns to ensure a successful pre-lease, data entry, and ensuring compliance with fair housing laws. The successful candidate will be passionate, dependable, self-motivated and adaptable, while providing an outstanding customer service experience and thorough attention to detail. Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment alongside a results-driven team.
• 2 years of experience in property management, preferably student housing
